My obsession for sleeveless turtleneck sweaters is getting a bit out of hand. I love wearing them and they are so cute! I wore this look to brunch with some friends a few weeks ago and knew it was going on the blog. I hope this trend carries over into Spring so I can add some more of these to my closet.
I scored this sweater in December when I was Christmas shopping with my Mom. It was only $10 and from a store I had not been in since high school. (I always find really great deals like this and plan on making a post soon about how I shop). I was so surprised with how cute it was when I tried it on and I knew it was going home with me. My jeans are my favorite high-waisted pair that I have had since I worked at American Eagle three years ago, and they are still going strong. I used to only wear high waisted shorts until my boss mentioned I should try the new high-waisted jeans we had gotten in the store and I have been hooked ever since. Plus, they are like built in Spanx so it is a win-win in my book. My boots are from last month’s Dillard’s sale and when I got them I could not believe they had my size (size 9 problems) or how inexpensive they were. They are suede and have the most gorgeous braided detailing up the back. They are so beautiful in person and I know I will cherish them for many years to come. My earrings are also from last month’s Dillard’s sale and they are from a brand I used to be obsessed with in high school. Clearly there is a trend here, but I have gotten so many compliments on them every time I wear them. I also love the fact that they are gold and silver. My bracelet and watch are my everyday staples that I have shared many times. My cuff was a gift from my parents and I love it so much. It is from one of my favorite jewelry designers and the stone is so pretty. My makeup in this look is pretty similar to what I have worn in the past.
If you all would like, I can dedicate a whole post to my makeup routine so definitely let me know!
What trend are you looking forward to wearing this Spring?
