Hi
Option 1:
Sweater: H&M // Skirt: Forever 21, similar here // Earrings: Forever 21 // Shoes: Vince Camuto, this year’s version here, affordable option here //
This outfit was so fun to shoot since the weather was actually really cold which was great because it helped me get into the spirit of fall. When I found this skirt online I knew it was going to be mine. My main reason for buying it was the price. It was only $5! Score! I also absolutely love the color of this skirt and it literally screams fall. I paired it with one of my go-to sweaters from this season that I found for $10. I actually bought it in three colors! I had to wear my new favorite tortoise earrings too. I love this trend for fall and winter! To finish off my look I added my favorite suede over-the-knee boots that I have had for a few years and still cherish dearly. I included these boots in last week’s fall and winter shoe guide which you can read here. I love how the whole look turned out! I would definitely wear this outfit for Thanksgiving and I think y’all could easily recreate this look too.
Option 2:
If skirts are not your thing I totally understand! I love a good pair of jeans as much as the next girl! Another Thanksgiving outfit option could easily be a fun sweater or top paired with denim, boots, and some festive accessories. I found
Option 3:
Maybe sweaters are not your thing? If it is hot where you live like it can be for me in Texas, I totally understand wanting to skip sweaters for something a bit cooler. A great way to do this but still look like you are dressing for fall is by wearing vests. Vests are so fashionable and so versatile! I love faux fur vests and quilted vests too. You could always wear a flannel shirt with a vest layered on top with a pair of jeans or a skirt for bottoms. Do not forget your favorite pair of boots to finish off your look! I included some cute and affordable vest options above!
Option 4:
Another really great outfit option is to pair a nice cardigan with a cute layering top. I have had the cardigan from this photo for YEARS. It has held up really well. I also love a good chunky cardigan or chenille for a little something extra. With this option, you could wear a skirt or jeans for the bottom portion of your outfit. So cute and so cozy! Do not forget to add a pair of boots or booties!
Which outfit is your favorite? I love number one and number four! Also, what are your Thanksgiving plans? I would love to know!
Thank you SO much for reading!
