Happy Wednesday y’all! I shot this look with my amazingly talented friend Kevin a while back and I am so excited to share it with y’all! The Texas weather has finally started cooperating and temperatures have cooled down.  I hope y’all are all doing well! I finished up my finals last week and all I have left to do is turn in an essay! I am so excited to have some more free time during winter break to get blog posts up. Let me know if there is anything you would like to see! I am working on some holiday gift guides that will be posted within the next few weeks for those of you who are still Christmas shopping (or maybe have not even started yet no judgements here). I hope y’all will enjoy this post! As always let me know what you think!

This outfit looked so much better once I put it on and I fell in love! Suede skirts have been really popular recently and I have featured them here quite a few times. I love the color of this one and the material is so comfortable! This skirt goes with so many things and is a staple for an girl’s fall wardrobe.

My top was hard to find a close match for so I picked something else I thought would look great with it instead. The top I am wearing has a lace up detail on the back and is a little cropped which makes it perfect for the outfit, but I can also see myself wearing a bodysuit with this as well. I think the color of my top goes great with my skirt and sticks to the neutral theme pretty well.

My boots were a must have for me last fall. I fell in love with them the first time I saw them in Dillard’s and waited ever so patiently for them to go on sale at the annual NYE sale (if you don’t know about it you need to!) and of course I got there at 7am and they were not even on sale. I was so upset, but I waited and waited and finally they went on sale and I got an amazing deal! These boots are so pretty and I cannot believe I forgot to get a good picture of the embroidery on the back, but they are my current favorite boots. I will wear these in the winter as well so they were a great purchase for me.

My accessories added a little something extra to my look and I love them so much. My necklace is so pretty and I usually do not wear a lot of rose gold, but I love wearing it. I paired my Kendra Scott Elle earrings from my Rocksbox set a while back that also had rose gold details to match. My bag is an essential and I have gotten so much use out of it! I got it at Forever 21 two summers ago and it is still going strong!

My beauty products from this look included my current favorite Urban Decay palette that I got a great deal on this past summer and my favorite Loreal liquid lipstick, although it does not dry completely matte so I blot it a bit to make it dry and then I am good to go. It last for quite a while but can be a bit drying so keep that in mind!

And that is it! This is one of my last fall posts of the year and I cannot believe it! Where did the year go? I am so excited now that it is December and my room in Austin is completely decorated in Christmas decor! I love it! I hope y’all are all having a great month so far!

What was your favorite piece from this post? I would love to know!

  1. I love the boots in this look, I’m having a hard time finding some cute brown boots. I also really liked the way the shirt flowed just right. Beautiful as always!
